How To Use
1) Take 2 tbsp of Health mix and ½ cup of plain water and mix it without lumps.
2) Take 1 glass of water and let it boil , pour the mixture into the water, stir continuously for 5 minutes to avoid lumps.
3) Add salt / sugar to your taste and serve it warm and with love.
