Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable or dispatch is delayed, we will notify you and may:

  • offer an alternative solution,
  • delay shipment with your consent,
  • or issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Charges
