Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns of delivered products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- an incorrect item, or
- a package with missing items,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To help us review your request quickly, customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package and share clear photos/videos of the issue.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
If your original payment method (UPI, bank account, debit card, credit card, etc.) has been changed, deactivated, or closed, please inform us before the refund is processed so that alternative arrangements can be reviewed.
Shipment Returned to Us
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal to accept delivery,
- or customer unavailability,
we may refund only the product amount after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
